The Purpose is to provide relief from a specific problem, such as constantly strained neck muscles, or lower back pain. Therapeutic massage is beneficial for those who suffer from chronic pain or limited mobility on a regular basis or those who have a high level of physical challenge or demand in every day life.
*Swedish Massage: 60min—$55 90min—$85
This is the most common type of massage therapy. Swedish massage is best known for helping people relax and repairing overworked muscles by using long gliding strokes. This is a great first time massage!
*Maintenance Massage: 30min—$40
A Great stress buster! A 30 minute treatment on the table, that focuses on key areas of stress or tension. Perfect for the neck, back and shoulders or low back, legs and feet .
Hot Stone Massage: 90min—$100
Heated, smooth stones are used as massage tools, then placed on specific points of the body to warm and loosen tight muscles and balance energy centers in the body. The warmth is comforting. Hot stone massage is great for people who have muscle tension or poor circulation.
Seated Massage: $1/min up to 20min
The Seated massage is a convenient way to experience the benefits of massage when you’re short on time or just need a little work. You remain fully clothed in a specially designed chair. It is perfect for neck and shoulder stiffness, headaches, sore arms, wrists and hands.
Pre & Post workout Sports Massage
Pre: $25
You remain fully clothed while the therapist prepares your body for your workout. This massage is fast paced to increase circulation, joint mobility and heighten body awareness.
Post: $25
You remain fully clothed while the therapist helps your body cool down and recover from your workout. Active, resisted and passive stretches are preformed to increase range of motion and increase flexibility. Compressions and joint rotations work to clear out waste and relax muscles.
Reflexology: 30min—$40
Reflexology involves applying pressure to certain points on the hands and feet that correspond to organs and systems in the body. Reflexology is very relaxing, especially for people who stand on their feet all day or just have tired, achy feet.
Aromatherapy: $5
Aromatherapy is the use of volatile plant oils and essential oils for the purpose of psychological and physical wellbeing. This can induce deep relaxation, be stimulating, and many have analgesic properties.
Ear Candling: 45min—$30
Ear candling is a non invasive, gentle and relaxing clearing therapy. Candles are used for many problems with the ear and head area such as ringing in the ears, balancing ear pressure, and swimmers ear
